Hunting leases

Your own ground for the whole year

Annual and seasonal leases across Southeast and South-Central Ohio. Priced by the property, never by the acre.
How leases work

Big woods, farm ground, or both

Annual leases

Hunt the property all year, from the day you buy through December 31. Terrain ranges from hilly big woods to flat farm country.

Seasonal leases

Set on our waterfowl club properties. Deer hunt outside duck season: most of October, all of November, and gun season.

Priced per property

No two properties are alike. Price reflects how many hunters it supports, access, and quality.

Current lease holders get first chance to renew in December. The first and largest group goes up in mid-January, and more may follow through the year.

It depends on the property. We never price per acre. We look at how many hunters a property can support, access, and quality. On some properties the landowner may set their price.
Yes, as long as the property is still available through us or the landowner the next year.
First come, first served. Pick a lease and pay in full at checkout. You then sign the hunting license agreement, and we will return a signed copy. Renewals can be paid online or by check before the lease expires.
